Measuring Method: All measurements are in inches and based on a flat garment, as shown below. For comparison with one of your existing garments, please lay garment on a flat surface and follow the key measurement points. For chest and neck, if you double the flat measurement, you will get close to the full body measurement.

You will receive your items within 4-5 working days of dispatch date. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an automated email notification.  We do not process the orders in the Weekend, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

In the unusual circumstances if your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 30 working days.

Returns And Refunds

We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. 

We will also happy to exchange the product within 7 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. 

We try our best to refund/exchange ASAP but it can take up to 7 days from the day of receipt of the product by our self.
